Do you have your own physical business? A store or an office? Do you have to pay rent to someone for the privilege of using that space to conduct your business?

If you don't have your business like that, do you know someone that does? Even the big grocery stores or hardware stores, or lawyer offices? I'm sure you do.

More than likely, they have to pay rent, among other expenses, every month.

But paying the rent alone just gives you space. No products, no employees, no ideas on how to conduct whatever business you are doing.

So, a long time ago, one of the first things I decided to do and accept was that I would place an Auto Delivery (Standing Order back then) for a product that gave me 1500VP instantly.

This Auto Delivery I treat as my rent I have to pay to own and run my business.

It helps me focus, that this is a business, and I should look at it just like that.

My rent does not give me a physical space, but I do get an internet space. It does not give me employees, but then...I don't need any at all! It does give me products to sell! And I don't have to purchase them to stock my store! And if that wasn't enough, they give me ideas on how to do marketing of these products. And I can just sell digital products, without the need for shipping!

I don't have any expenses as to providing payment options or collecting money from customers.

Does your landlord do all that?

Probably not. But our landlord, if you can call them that, SFI, has gone even further.

They provide all these things "RENT FREE".

So, because I want to treat this like a business, which should include paying rent every month, I can decide how much my rent will be.

My rental fee is $36.25 for the purchase of a 125 TCredit pack. I get all the extra benefits of the EA rank, and I get to earn Rewardical Tokens by spending those TCredits in my TripleClicks store.....EZ games but mostly Astro Auctions.

And I pay my rental fee on the first of every month. More business like for me.
